Had a lovely time there, my friend's daughter got married, when I first got there, they did everything to help me, jaz, behind the counter, helped me when I needed to find location to change, helped when I hurt my foot, I'm really thankful.

A great one night stay here with a group of friends. Lovely smile welcome from the receptionist. Room a wee bit dated but totally acceptable and clean. Lovely restaurant and bar with plenty of outside seating area. Breakfast 8n the morning wa a buffet but everything fresh and extremely taste. Will stay here again for sure.

I had to find quick accommodation after a family emergency and this place couldn’t of been anymore helpful. I stayed for 3 days (away from home at a stressful time) and the staff couldn’t of been better. Each and every member I came across went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and nothing was too much. The rooms are immaculate with good daily housekeeping. Beds are extremely comfy too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation in the area and I will 100% be going back. Thankyou all at The Great Barr Hotel for making such a hard time a little easier.
