Conferencing Facilities
Our meeting rooms are equipped to host conferencing events with a capacity of up to 200 guests.
We can cater to your needs by organising any additional or outside support you may require.
We can also provide banquet style catering for guest refreshments and meals.
Festival Suite
Located on the ground floor just off the main reception area and has a capacity of up to 40 delegates, conveniently placed for either meetings or smaller private functions.
Gallery
Flexible event space which can be utilised either as a private bar/reception area when hired in conjunction with the Savoy Banqueting Suite, or as a small meeting room with a capacity of up to 24 delegates.
Lincoln Room
With views over the hotel’s pretty garden area from the small private decked balcony the Lincoln Suite is ideal for meetings of up to 20 delegates, or for those more intimate private lunch or dinner gatherings.
Tudor Room
As the name suggests this cosy room features a wealth of beams and oak panelling with access to a small private patio area via ‘leaded light’ French doors. Popular for smaller boardroom style meetings of up to around 12 delegates or can be used as a syndicate room in conjunction with the adjacent Millennium Suite.
Senator Suite
Located on the first floor the Senator Suite features a high ceiling with exposed oak beams and the convenience of a built in data projector and screen. Seating up to 24 delegates with the added benefit of air-conditioning and WiFi, this room provides space ideal for conference or training events.
Savoy Suite
A large and versatile meeting and banqueting Suite with a capacity of up to 120, the Savoy Suite has the benefit of two smaller adjacent syndicate/reception rooms, ideal when ‘breakout’ space is required as part of a conference or training event. For guests added comfort this room also features air conditioning and WiFi.
Millennium Suite
Seating up to 200 delegates and situated just off the main reception lounge area with ground floor access and additional private rear patio/loading area, The Millennium Suite offers the latest in audio visual presentation including WiFi, data projection, Video Conferencing, large ‘drop down’ screen, P.A with surround sound system, infra-red lighting and sound controls within an air conditioned environment. Two integral syndicate rooms each with a capacity of up to 20 delegates offer a variety of room configurations.
